Moo ha ha

Divina has been making words for a of couple months now. Each day though, the words are becoming clearer and she really seems to understand us. I can give her simple instructions, "Where is the black bear? Bring the black bear to Mommy." Amazingly, she does it! One of her favorite things is the cat (or cats, we currently have five living with us.) She combined kitty and cat into "catty." Some other proficiant words are bottle, mommy, daddy, duck, uhoh (referring to her pacifier), bye-bye, and Hi! She also knows some animal sounds like "quack" and "woof woof" (which is always accomapied by much physical elaboration). All these words pale in comparrison to "moo." She loves "moo." I mean, she really loves "moo!" She cracks up when ever I say it and she responds most enthusiastically when asked "what does a cow say?" She smiles real big and forms each letter so carefully "ah-moooo." Then she laughs because she can hardly contain the pride in herself. If only we all could find such joy and pride in "moo." I truly believe the world would be a better place. May the "moo" be with you.

I love watching children learn and grow. They are such amazing little humans. Our daughter has started saying "thank you" its one of the clearest things she says. I still am taken aback when she uses it appropriately.

Keep up the great work, momma! :)

Currently Christopher's "proud" word is Please but since he can't seem to get the "L" it sounds like peas.
