Hello, good people. Is it wrong that I walked away from Target the other day knowing that the check out guy charged me $5.99 for a $19.99 Fisher Price Little People castle play set? Is is also wrong that Divina stole a giraffe on the same visit and I didn't say anything about that either? I think not. Just yesterday I had to FedEx a letter for $34 that would have cost $.37 if I could have sent it in regular mail. You see, it all balances out in the end, really. Right?
Yesterday we had a nice time at the Justus house (this is the family of Aaron, Mark's partner). We stayed at their house for our reconnaissance apartment mission. During this time Divina had it in for the Justus boy, Nathan, 3. She kept hitting him! Poor kid would be sleeping on the couch and she would come over and hit him. Talk about unprovoked. So we were at their house yesterday when Nathan came downstairs from his nap. He wandered over to Divina and said "That's the one who hits me." My daughter is a thug. Well, by night's end they were romping in the sofa pillows, shirtless, and having a wonderful time. Predictions of adolescent romance are abounding.
