Ode to the Man

At Home Town Buffet we collected our things to leave and were manuvering around the table, with Divina wiggling about, and people passing by. It was an impressive dance. Then a woman attempted to pass between me and the tables carrying a loaded tray. What I heard Mark say was "Watch out for butt nut." So causually. Sure that wasn't what he said, I became almost histarical and couldn't manage to tell him what was so funny. Finally, all I could get out was "What did you say?" He repeated it, "Watch out behind you." Oh! Still, it took me almost five minutes of tears and laughter to say what I heard. Even as I type this, I can barely stand it.

Tonight I wore white pants. Tempter of fate, that's me. I have cramps and my period should start any minute now (sorry if you're queezy about that). So we got home and I promptly employed the dunny. Close call! A tiny red drop there was found. So I said, as Mark passed by, "I wore white pants tonight and made it to the bathroom just in time!" So Mark looks at me with a total look of understanding, like he's been there, and says "poopy?" No! For crying out loud! What? (He knew what I was talking about, just being smart.)

Mark goes mountain biking these days. Sometimes he falls. Ha ha ha. So he comes home the other morning and shows me this giant gash in his leg. It's oozing blood and quite large. So I say "wow, that must have hurt, wait here while I get the camera."

Sounds like a bloody day was had by all! Bloody, bloody good day, I say!

I wonder if Mark really did say "butt nut" the first time and was just messing with you. If not...man, I wish I had those kind of PMS symptoms!

That was cool of him to hold still while you got the camera :D

Were you drinking Carrie? Hahaha just kidding. Funny funny I like what Mark said about you making it to the bathroom. You're a brave woman. Maybe secretly you wanted your pants to become stained in public? Afterall, you like showing boobs and flashing people outside your home? HUH? Sorry just being silly today.

That's right, go grab the camera!! We know how that goes. MUST....TAKE....PICTURE...
