Sigh

Many of my entries lately have been looooong. So's here's the short one.

During dinner the other night, I noticed Divina eating her mayonaise with a spoon. I'd given it to her to dip her carrots. So I said "You know, Divina, people traditionally don't eat their mayonaise with a spoon." She turns to me and says "yeah, right." *sigh*

Right now she's supposed to be taking her nap. I can hear her over the monitor singing "chinney chinney bang bang." *sigh*

This morning we had a hug-fest. All three of us were in her room and I decided to hug Mark, for a very long time. Divina wanted in on that, so she slipped inbetween us. Then she informed me that it was her turn. So I gave her a turn. Then she made us all take turns hugging each other...she and daddy, she and mommy, mommy and daddy...finally, she said to me, as it was her turn again, "Mommy, get in line." "sigh*
