Click

Mark and Divina often disappear into his office and I hear them in there playing preschool games at www.thewiggles.com or other kids sites. But two days ago Divina took charge of the mouse and began clicking and dragging like she's done it her whole life. We are stunned. She knows how to make certain games appear and she follows the instructions. Mark says she has "mad skills" as she masters this click and drag thing. It's right up there with holding a pencil properly and tying laces (which Grandma has set to doing). You know, she can use chopsticks, too. It's bit of hit and miss, but she manages a good meal well enough. So my computer now sits at her little table, complete with a vase of velvet flowers and fancy table cloth. Oh, and she uses the TV remote, too. I've set up her favorite channels so that all she has to do is press her button and voi la, she can choose whatever she wants. If only I could get her to mow the grass.
