Divina started daycare again this week. She went on Tuesday and Wednesday, but this morning she woke with a cold. Drat. I believe this is something she picked up during our travels t (darn this "o" key, it keeps sticking, if it keeps doing it, I'm not going to fix it, stupid "o") to Las Vegas. She's doing kay overall - runny nose, droopy body, fever. Now this is funny. If you had told me a few years ago that I would catch flying snt coming out of a child's nose in mid-sneeze with my bare hands and nt be discusted at all, I would have said you were crazy. That is all I have t say about that.
This also means that my purging of the stuff and painting project is delayed. I've so far cleaned out the guest room closet (no small feat, believe me) and began painting that room. I plan t prepare the house like they do on that show "Designed to Sell", much to the suspicision of our realator. He seems t think that the place is fine on it's own and that people don't really care abut paint. He says he will bring me a wrksheet with recommendations for selling. Ffft. Listen, I know what sells a house. You've got to have Feng Shui, man! Here are the rules for selling a house: (1) colors should be neutral, yet soothing, (2) furniture should be in it's proper room and placement, (3) decorations should be minimal, (4) closets and cabinets should be organized and uncluttered, (5) no personal photos, religious artifacts, or unusual artwork, (6) above all, the place should be immaculate. In other words, it should be like a high class hotel...like the Hotel at Mandalay Bay. Believe me, it will pay off in the end.
