My brain is oozing out of my ear. And bellydancing.

Since the DVR came (like TIVO) I've watched almost nothing but scientific documentaries and some historical documentaries. When new information enters the brain new neural pathways are created. I feel like I've been to an intensive yoga retreat for two weeks...with no breaks...eating vegetarian, healthy granola bisquits...with no shower...and no shaving. If you see me and I look dazed, that's why. What I really need is some Jim Carrey slapstick. If I don't see something funny, soon, I might crack.

Then along came "What the Bleep Do We Know?" Have you seen this? It's about quantum mechanics and spirituality and reality and ... my brain is now sloshing with liquid. It's a great film. You should see it. It may alter your vision of reality forever.

The other night we had dinner at an Armenian restaurant near the beach in Carlsbad. We sat outside on the patio, under the stars, with the ocean in sight. The place was decorated with white christmas lights all around. The food was great and Divina really enjoyed the hummas with pita and her lemon soup. There was a man playing a guitar (?) and singing Armenian folk songs. It was magical. Just as we commented on how great the place was, a sparkling tornado of hot pink came jingling by. She spun and shimmied and smiled. She saw Divina and performed just for her! The dancer spent a good long time dancing just for our baby! Divina was in awe. Her mouth fell open and she stared...stared...at the beautiful woman. Then the dancer made eyes at Divina and sort of teased her with her scarf. It came floating over her head and brushed her cheek. Divina lost her stunned look and smiled like the time she found a Hershey's Kiss under the couch. It was a beautiful evening.

Those shows are the best! That's all I look at here. Are you watching NGC too? All the discovery channels with the exception of the Military channel are my favorites.

I hope you got up and belly danced too!
