Wicked Therapy

Like I have time...I'm reading a book. A real book! Not parenting, not spiritual, not a cookbook, and not even Harry Potter. It's "Wicked." My step-mom told me about it. Funny, ha ha. A step-mom reccomending "Wicked." It's about the Wicked Witch of the West from her point of view, the story of her life and such. Today I went to Einsteins Bagels while Divi was in school and read outside. It was a guilty pleasure. That's a thing I've been trying to do, not be at home when she's in school. Strange that I am compelled to do stuff at home. The whole point (well, some of the point) of sending her to school was so I could have some Me time. The two mornings that I went out to read have been theraputic. Just me and Elphaba. That's her name, the witch of the west, Elphaba. She's green.

Why is it that when we get free time away from our kids, we end up puttering around the house? I shouldn't say "we" but it sounds like that's what happens to you sometimes, too.

Yay for reading outside! Sounds heavenly. Reading is therapy.

I want SOOO BAD to put Hana in part-time preschool. The lack of me time is wearing me down to a nub. I didn't expect that to happen. So maybe in a year or so...
