Photo Graphers

On Little Bear (our bedtime TV show) there is a character named Duck. Little Bear had an old camera and was taking picutres. Duck, of course, wanted a turn and she jumped on top of the camera and sort of brushed everyone away saying "I'M a photo grapher, too." Like two words, photo and grapher. It struck me funny.

Early one morning I came downstairs and sleepily glanced out my back window. Gasp! There it is! The Downy Woodpecker! I run to get my camera and the satisfaction I get when I capture that thing in a photo surprizes me. Ahhhh.

My camera is so easy a child can do it. Here, Divina took this one of Mark and me. And heres a few others you might enjoy. Such talent. Such vision. Just look at the composition. I'm particularly fond of the CD. Its a photo of a CD of photos. Ha!

A 3-year-old took that picture.... Dang. And she totally captured the whole hug! That pic's a keeper.

Kids today are sheer genius with the technological equipment. Hana has logged onto AIM several times with my cellphone. Don't know who she is trying to talk to, though. (*I* don't even know how to log onto AIM!)

Ahhh, the elusive downy woodpecker. I'm so glad you were able to capture it! Now I have to look up birds of suburban San Diego, cause the only time I think I've heard or seen woodpeckers is when camping.

Off topic, you all seem so happy! I can imagine how having your own home and yard is so exciting.

Well, off to go watch the trash truck empty our parking lot dumpster...oh, wait, that's tomorrow. Sigh. :)

I love it! Great pictures Divina! I was thinking about letting Christopher use our older camera. We just got it fixed and if he breaks it well it's not as big a loss as the newer one.

You 2 look so happy that picture made me smile. You know I never noticed your eyes! As Christopher would say, "sooooooo preeeeety!" Are they grey, green? what are they? Mystery woman!
