Mom and her Larry are here.

Today went to Legoland with my mom and her Larry, who are visiting from Michigan. It's so nice having company. Mostly, Mark and I are alone, adultwise. Divina's really enjoying them, too. So, at Legoland she was cranky until we found the little castle where you can just sit and build like crazy. She did just that for an hour and a half while I got a sunburn, thank you. When she wasn't building she was pushing Dolly (all dolls are named Dolly, btw) around in the stroller. We did this at the mall the other day, too. One of the pictures I'm posting here is of her with "Vern" from the fireman show that we have seen 37 times this year. He was kind enough to humor me with a picture after all this time. It's really quite embarrassing having seen that show so often. The actors always notice us and say "Thanks for coming, AGAIN." I hang my head in Lego shame. I'm a creature of habit, what can I say?

Another habit? Scaring Mark. While sitting on the balcony I saw him drive up in his truck. Gasp! I ran through the house, mom and Larry on the couch so it was okay to leave, and flew down the stairs. Just as he pulled into the garage, I waited. He turned off the truck and I crouched down behind rear. Peeking carefully under the truck for his feet aproaching...wait...wait...wait...HEE YAA! Proprelling backward, hair standing on his arms, profanities emitted from the man like sparks! Ah, sweet freedom. Sorry, no picture.

Hey, where is the picture of your sunburned face, or arm or ear? Chris came home today with a beet red face, so you guys are matching!

Scaring is NOT cool. Do you know I get scared at home all the time. When I am up, like now, and Chris gets up to go in the kitchen for water, he moves so quietly and I see something in the corner of my eye and I gasp! Loudly too. He's always asking me what am I afraid of and who did I think it was? Well....

Oh you know we stayed home today. Why you ask? I didn't feel like combing my hair....heheheh but I guess I'll have to comb it tomorrow won't I?

I am up late once again so I will leave another comment. I was thinking, it's a good thing I didn't visit Legoland and saw you guys there. Divina & Christopher would have been fighting for that lovely pink stroller. He loves pink and strollers too!

Why can't I sleep??

You're brave to scare Mark like that! I'd be afraid of getting a panicky knuckle sammich in my face.

How fun to have your folks visiting! Be nice for Grandma to babysit too, I bet ;)
