Lately, Divina has taken to liking having her picture taken. She poses, doing some sort of odd thing, and wants to see the result right away. The other day I woke her from nap and opened the curtain. The early evening sun beamed in thru the window. I started snapping picture after picture. Each time she shifted this way and that, attempting to create a look. This session was so intense. She kept doing all these unusual poses, placing her hands on her face and making such serious expressions. It was cool to watch as her imagination and creativity went to work. What was she imagining herself to look like? Or what inspired this rare display of deep emotion? My baby.
Then she likes to play dress up. Here she's got on the full fairy-princess-ballerina ansamble. I love this picture cause she's caught in mid-expression, looking sort of like a crazy bag lady who might be the sort to talk to herself and have all the answers to your life's problems.

You are so right in your description of the last photo. Christopher saw the photo of both of you and got so excited. He's also taken away Alyssa's valentine puppy that you all gave them and told me today that the brown one was from Carrie and the red one was from Divina. Then he adds, Divina move away.
